What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is free for all orders of Rs.1500/- and above. A delivery fee of Rs.150/- for orders within Karachi, and Rs.200/- for orders outside Karachi will be applicable.

How long will delivery take?

It usually takes 2 to 4 days to deliver, but delivery time may increase in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation call from one of our representatives. Once confirmed, your order maybe shipped on same day if placed before 2 p.m. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a PDF invoice in your email inbox, along with the order confirmation email, when you place an order.

What is your exchange and return policy?

Orders can be exchanged free of cost, within 14 days after receiving, if defected. For return orders, two-way delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
